I agree to the following Sunless Secrets cancellation policy:

We totally understand that last minute things pop up out of the blue! If you can give a minimum of 24 hours notice then there will be no fee, however if it is any later than this then there will be a 50% cancellation fee. No cancellation notice causing a no show on the day or incorrect booking information given by the client causing an unnecessary appointment/journey will incur a 100% booking charge.
